I used this cheese board for Christmas Eve Open House. I set it out with brie cheese and gouda and some fruit. Nice presentation and the corkscrew spreader was a nice addition - several comments from guests about how unique it was. I always entertain and always look for unique ways to present my food.

BOTTOM LINE: No, I would not recommend this.
