I bought this present for my boyfriend as a Valentine's day present. Since we just started going out, I didn't want to go overboard with presents nor did I want a present that has no meaning (Not saying cheap presents have no meaning- I couldn't think of anything to get him) This one was practical in price and meaningful in design. Pros: Fast shipping. Came right on V-Day :) Had papers on the inside of the cufflinks so that you can write a message on it. Came in a nice box as well. Cons: The engraving is a bit light. I would have liked it more if the engraving was darker and more visible. Overall, he really liked the present. Now part two of present is getting him a French dress-shirt.

BOTTOM LINE: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

About the product: I was so excited to see the product. When I opened it, it came with a nice gift box. It was the right size might I add. I am giving these cufflinks to my boyfriend tonight for Valentine's dinner. I love the present, and I hope he will as well. I have yet to get the paper out of the secret compartment to write my messages... (Where are my tweezer??) I will write a follow-up review after I see his reaction tonight!

I gave this as a gift for my brother's wedding and had it engraved. They completed the order quickly but the engraving was very light and barely visible. My brother is a huge lover of all things James Bond and he did love these too.

I purchased these as a Valentine gift for my fiance. I put a tag with the date on each cuff - allowing him to read one note on Valentine's day and reserving the other cuff for our wedding day. He can't wait to read it =) The engraving turned out really nice!
