Possibly.....I don't think the 3 point magnets will work on granite.
However, the black rubber area shown in the photo with the screw clamp has an opening 3" wide and 3" high.
If the user has enough granite edge to accommodate this screw clamp it should tighten up securely and work fine.

I can fasten to a granite couter top it the counter has enough of an overhang. You would need about 3 inches of overhang on the counter.
