Real glass in there so if u were to travel, case will stay put so items in there will not shift as much. It has everything you would need but the alcohol(which would have been even better!;P). It arrived promptly and in pretty good condition. The leather on the handle was rubbed off but not that big of a deal, does not make the item work any less. It includes a good variety of useful items and includes storage for two full sized bottles, which is nice. I ordered the brown/tan set and it was pretty sleek when it arrived. The down side is that it's fairly large. The selection of sets online isn't particularly large, so it was either a larger, functional set, or a smaller, less practical set (something more to put in a backpack for a short trip).
