When Will My Items Ship?

Estimated shipping times are provided on the items page just below the price. We ship out most orders promptly the next business day, Monday - Friday. All items marked "In Stock. Available for immediate shipment." will be packaged and shipped out to you the next business day via your shipping method of choice (standard, expedited, or express air). However, some items do take longer to ship because they are personalized or special order items, so please visit the specific items page for estimated shipping time on individual items.

We stock most of our items at our warehouse in Oklahoma City, and our inventory is constantly updated online, so unless the item is marked "out of stock" we have it in stock. Please visit the items page for estimated shipping items. Orders placed on the weekend for in stock items will be shipped promptly on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the rare cases of an item being out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped promptly after arriving at our dock directly to you. Shipping Rates

A shipping estimate is displayed at the bottom of your shopping cart and an exact cost will be displayed before you confirm your order during checkout. Our shipping prices are based upon the weight of the item(s) in your order, just like the shipping carriers charge, to be the most fair to our customers. So the more items you order the cheaper overall the shipping will be per item. You may choose between Standard 3-7 Day, Expedited 2-3 Day, and Express Air 1-2 Day when checking out, for certain areas outside the continental USA Expedited and Express Air may not be available.

Can We Rush Orders?

Almost all of our orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed, that is why the ship time is clearly displayed on each products page next to "Availability". Many items can be shipped out the next day via your chosen shipping method, but some items take longer as noted on the items page. Since these items with longer ship times are personalized or special order items they cannot be shipped faster. You may however choose a faster shipping method to get your items quicker. Please note: Items purchased using a faster shipping method will not ship sooner, they will just ship via a faster shipping carrier, so they will arrive more quickly after shipment.

How Will My Items Ship?

We utilize FedEx, USPS (US Postal Service), and occasionally even UPS to ensure the prompt delivery of your items, you can also track your items using the provided tracking # in your Order History page to see when they will arrive. Note: Orders weighing over 2 pounds may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, except for APOs and FPOs. Some larger items may be delivered by alternate carriers. Orders over $150 may require a signature, most other standard shipments do not require a signature. If you would like a signature required upon delivery please specify in the checkout comments and an additional $3.50 charge will apply. Expedited and express shipment may require a signature to verify arrival time.

Oversized / Delivery Truck Shipped Items
If the product page says the item is Oversized or Ships via Truck this item is too heavy or too bulky to send any other way and must ship via delivery truck. Truck deliveries are performed by one of our many trucking companies using a 20 to 40 foot trailer truck. The service includes a courtesy call prior to delivery, to schedule an appointment delivery window that is convenient for you.

When the shipment arrives, it is your responsibility to unload the item from the truck. If you are expecting heavy items, you should consider getting someone to assist you. Although they may on occasion, drivers are not obligated to unload the merchandise from the truck. Any packages unloaded by the driver will be left on the curb, and will not be delivered inside homes or businesses. Another solution, when possible, is to open the box outside, and bring individual components in one at a time.

A signature is required at time of delivery by someone over the age of 18. Occasionally, fully assembled furniture may ship via truck if the packaging allows. Please note that there is no Express, or Air Delivery on truck deliveries. Also, these items may not be shipped to PO boxes, outside the US, Alaska, or Hawaii.
