Sorry...you don't want to hear my comments...received it damaged 10/27...was told that a new one would be shipped the very next day...well here it is 11/18 and I still do not have a usable popcortn machine...am very very disappointed in the service...getting the run around...I think the next step will be with the BBB and also going to have to rrport it to my credit card company as I cannot pay that kind of money and have the popcorn machine unpacked all over the floor of a room...promises...promises is all that I hear. Please tell me...do you have the money to invest in a piece of trash?? Might as well throw the money away. Very very diappointed in the company...The worst part about this is it was a birthday gift !!!!!!!!!!!

BOTTOM LINE: No, I would not recommend this.
