I gave this opener to my wife for Christmas after an extensive search. My diligence paid off when she said "I don't know what you paid for the wine opener, but it was worth every penny". Indeed.

after sorting all the pieces and trying to put the item together, one screw, on the right side that holds the clamp to the neck, was missing. Still is
