Easily. Take off the top lid and unlock (with a twist) the middle part that holds the ice; all that remains is the beer. Comes in handy for replacing ice should the ice melt before friends drink up. Although, who has "friends" that let that happen?

Good old fashioned soap and warm water should be all you need. Make sure to run it through the spout daily to keep it from gunking up and clean.
