When it arrived we did have to tweak the door hinge and closure so they would sit flush and open and close without difficulty.
the bottom opening for the wine bottle to be presented in was fabulous, but you need small hands to be able to hold the bottle in place while you try to close the bottom (same goes for opening the bottom to take the bottle out)
