Being a mom of a baseball family (3 boys and dad all play) I bought this for fathers day and will also use it in the future, especially at our baseball parties for a fun decoration. On Fathers day I plan to use the bowls for peanuts, popcorn, and cracker Jacks, and will use the tray for hotdogs, it should be a fun conversation piece!

BOTTOM LINE: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
