 I had purchased these glasses as a gift and they arrived broken. The stems were separated from the bowls due to the way they were packaged. I contacted your customer service folks who shipped me replacements by air so that I had them in time to deliver the gift. Excellent response. I will be shopping on your website in the future and will certainly recommend you to friends and relatives.
