 Kudos!! I ordered an engraved flask on the 15th (saturday) and received it yesterday, weds. i am extremely happy and cannot believe your service!!!!!!!!! how in the world did you do that so fast? it is perfect. also, I was on my way to go out of town the day i ordered and this took me all of 5 minutes. I also ordered a wine glass and I am sure that will be here just as fast. your company is a role model for all others. i am 56 and i have NEVER experienced this good a service. thank you so much for restoring my faith in the American consumer market.
