I am so thrilled I found this water dispenser. I checked out a lot of other makes and models; none of them are as well made as this one. It sits on my kitchen counter, holding my distilled drinking water for everyday use. The heavy duty stainless steel spigot lives up to its description. It is easy to turn and it pours with a good steady flow, so you are not standing there all day waiting for your glass to fill. The plastic spigots just do not hold up to daily household use. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the unit I bought and would highly recommend it to anyone.
