I've had mine Trulever for 3 years now and it works great on regular and synthetic corks. The only complaint I have is occasionally a synthetic cork is hard to get off on the removal. But the trick to that is even quite easy, just hold the cork still for just a second while you pull the lever up and off it comes! If you're looking for a consistent good performer that looks sharp and feels sturdy in your hand, then look no further, the Trulever really performs. | | | BOTTOM LINE: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. | | |
