It comes personalized with your own custom initials or phrase (up to 3 letters) in stainless steel HeatBacker letters, which retain heat better than traditional steak branding irons, allowing you to make perfect brands each and every time. The letters are then welded onto a sturdy metal shaft and the iron is finished with a beautifully lacquered wooden handle with a leather hanging strap to create a unique, one of a kind gift. This deluxe gift boxed version comes in a beautiful cedar box with your own custom brand on it, perfect for gift giving. Measurements: iron is 14" long, wood box is 18"x4"x4". One year warranty. We put a nice 4# prime rib on the rotisserie, and started it off. We heated the branding iron on the side burner. Once it got hot, we stopped the rotisserie and branded the meat. Perfect brand. When serving, slice from the opposite side onto a platter and leave the branded side up for great presentation.
