Use for outdoor grilling, mainly Easy to hold. Picture boxes are impossible to read. Temperature chart seems to be on the low side i.e. for medium rare lamb chops should be about 144 degrees. You suggest 130 - 135 degrees.

BOTTOM LINE: No, I would not recommend this.

We use the thermometer/grill fork almost weekly with our backyard BBQ. The temp. comes up quick and is accurate. We love this little gadjit!! I would like the light to be a little brighter. For some reason it's yellow...but it still works and comes in handy. Great product!!
