I bought the Pro LCD Thermometer Grill Fork for my husband as a Christmas gift. I just asked him how well he felt the thermometer worked. He did not feel it was accurate. He said he used it while grilling steaks once and it did not accurately read the steaks doneness. However, it does work well to flip the meat!
