We recently bought a house with a great media room. This sign will go on the wall just outside the doors. The personalization of the sign was well done - basically our last name was added using the same white letters as the word "The" above it and then it looks like someone hand painted gold accents around the letters. If I were going to change something about it, I would make "The" an optional part of the sign. That way people could use their first names or choose their family names. The weight and dimensions of the sign are also good. Lightweight wood, but sturdy. Has a hole on the back for a single nail. Not too big or too small (20" x 10").
