Attractive set with good balance. The picture shows a reddish purple color, while the actual color is a deeper purple. Each rim had a very small bump which was probably due to the separation from the glass from which it was blown from. Minor stuff overall, but to some it may be an issue.

BOTTOM LINE: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
